Completion
Each construction project has a point at which suppliers are basically finished their work. The external service project staff of Looije Agro Technics B.V. will see to it that the completion of all units or the total completion is well supervised.
As soon as a supplier reports that he has finished his work, one of the staff will run through everything supplied and fitted in consultation with the supplier. Any shortcomings will be recorded in a pre-delivery report. Of course, a definitive completion is out of the question until all shortcomings have been resolved. Because the external service project staff also see to the building administration, there is a good balance between the state of play of the build and the part payments to suppliers. [link]
On completion, of course, the transfer of drawings, guides and relevant documentation belonging to the assignment concerned will also be taken care of.
